By gifting our renewable microgrid systems to those in need, we’re not just reducing energy bills; we’re providing a lifeline that allows these vital organisations to continue their invaluable work in our community.

Empowering Local Charities: We’re not satisfied with just raising funds; we channel our efforts to support local charities in our community. We believe that change starts right at home. We facilitate the installation of micro generation systems, completely free of charge, to selected charities and businesses.

The Impact: The ripple effect of our work is profound. By installing solar panels on the premises of these chosen charities, we dramatically slash their energy bills. This liberates them to allocate their precious donated funds more effectively, directly benefiting and uplifting our community.

Solar Power Saves - Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

Dear Friends, Supporters, and Eco-Warriors,

We are SPS Microgrids Ltd and we have set up a passionate community program named Solar Power Saves dedicated to bringing sustainable energy solutions to those who need them most. Our latest mission is to install a renewable energy solution for Key Enterprises, a remarkable organisation in the North East that tirelessly supports our community.

The Challenge

To make this dream a reality, our team at SPS Microgrids is embarking on an exciting and grueling adventure: climbing the Yorkshire Three Peaks! On 28th September, we will take on the formidable heights of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, all in under 12 hours. This challenge is not just a test of endurance and teamwork but also a beacon of hope for a greener future.

Why Key Enterprises?

Key Enterprises is a cornerstone of our community, offering invaluable services such as vocational training, mental health support, and employment opportunities for those who are often overlooked. Their work empowers individuals, fosters resilience, and builds a stronger, more inclusive society.

However, rising energy costs threaten their ability to continue providing these critical services. By installing a renewable energy solution, we can significantly reduce their energy bills, ensuring that more of their funds can be directed towards their essential programs and services.

How Your Contribution Helps

Every penny raised through our Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge will go directly towards purchasing the materials and installing solar panels and other renewable energy infrastructure for Key Enterprises HQ. Here’s how your support will make a difference:
