AA Construction Utilities has worked with the National Mining Museum and Midlothian Council to model a Solar PV system on the old office. The Museum is struggling to keep up with rising costs and Solar PV and Battery will provide much needed relief. This case is unique as we have been granted permission to install on a Grade A listed building.
Once planning permission was granted, we were able to installed a 10.00 kWp Solar PV System with a 15 kWh Battery Storage Unit. This has drastically decreased their Energy Bills and dependence on the National Grid and by making the building 98.81% self-sufficient.
