Located at 166 Brinkburn Street, this serviced office hosts a creative media agency. In response to increasing energy costs and new sustainability commitments, the landlord aimed to reduce energy expenses and boost environmental efforts. AA Construction Utilities installed a 36.94 kWp Solar PV system to meet these goals.

The project utilised a Clenergy East/West non-penetra­tive system to maximize roof usage without damaging the existing structure. This setup is projected to produce over 32,709 kWh each year, cutting the company’s grid energy use by more than 45%.
